About Ana Homayoun:
Ana is an author, educator of three books, and founder and executive director of Silicon Valley-based Green Ivy Educational Consulting, which helps students thrive in and outside of the classroom. Ana is also the founder of Luminaria Learning, a non-profit initiative bringing critical programming into public schools through the Life Navigator Middle School Program. Her work has been featured in the NYTimes, Washington Post, the Atlantic, Fast Company, CNBC, CNN, ABC News, among others, and she is a frequent guest on NPR.

Dr. Lawrence Fung is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, Stanford University. He directs the Stanford Neurodiversity Project, Neurodiversity at Work Program, Neurodiverse Student Support Program, Adult Neurodevelopment Clinic, and the Fung Lab.
His team devises and implements novel interventions to improve the lives of neurodiverse individuals by maximizing their potential and productivity.
In his presentation, Dr. Fung will explain the concept of Neurodiversity and its application in the workplace. Uncovering the strengths of neurodiverse individuals empowers them to increase innovation and productivity, resulting in favorable outcomes not only for them but for the entire community. In this presentation, Dr. Fung will describe strengths-based approaches in developing neurodiverse individuals in employment settings. He will also provide an overview of how managers and business owners can contribute to building neurodiversity-friendly workplaces. -
